MISTRAL RETAINS INVESTORS IN PEOPLE ACCREDITATION AND BECOMES CHARTER MEMBER OF DUKE OF EDINGURGH AWARD SCHEME

Bus sales and rental specialist Mistral Group is pleased to announce two exciting developments for the business, both of which are linked to the businesses wider values.
Three years after first gaining Investors in People accreditation the company has regained its approval. The scheme looks at all areas of the business from business planning through to staff communication and training. A number of members of the team were interviewed during the assessment which took place in May which resulted in very positive feedback from the external assessor who complemented the team on their, ‘excellent team working ethos and culture of openness and trust.’

Mistral has also recently become a Charter Member of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. This innovative charity makes a difference to over 275,000 young people across the UK every year.
 
The DofE is a programme of activities for 14 -24 year olds that builds character, self-esteem and confidence, helping young people from all backgrounds to develop social and leadership skills as well as community spirit. The DofE aims to create a world where young people can reach their full potential, whatever their circumstances. 

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award works with like-minded individuals and businesses to make their vision a reality.  Supporters join together under the banner of the Charter, which sets out the charity’s values and aims.  Mistral is proud to be a Member of this Charter and has committed to helping this important charity achieve their mission.
