Mistral Group have recently supplied NippyBus of Martock with a new 8.8m Optare Solo.

The vehicle is fitted with a Mercedes Euro 5 engine and Mobitec electronic destination equipment, as well as having Look CCTV fitted. The vehicle has been added to their predominantly low floor fleet, which includes 4 other Solo’s.

The vehicle is used on the service N9, which runs from Martock to Yeovil on a main commuter corridor as an express service.

Syd Hardy, owner of NippyBus said it has been performing well and has been well received by the customers. He also added that he was pleased with the service from Mistral as they were easy to deal with.
